A Valooro code is more than a link — it is the complete guest identity for the duration of the stay.
Personal data
Name, check-in, check-out, activated modules — all stored in the code, nothing the guest needs to enter.
Module access
Which modules are available and when is controlled by the hotel. CityGuide from arrival, Insights on the last day.
Time windows
Each module has its own time window. Codes expire automatically — no manual effort required.
Multilingual
All modules automatically adapt to the guest's language — German, English, French, Italian.
Lifecycle
From creation to completion.

Code created
The hotel generates codes before the stay — manually or via PMS import. The guest receives their link by email or QR code at reception.
Active
Guest uses modules
The guest opens the first module. The code automatically switches to active. All modules are available within their configured time windows.
Completed
Experience shared
The guest has shared, rated or completed the quest. The billing event is triggered — only then, when something has actually happened.

Which module is visible when.
The hotel configures independent time windows for each module — relative to check-in and check-out. All via one code.
