The Valooro Code
One code. All modules. No app.
A code replaces app, account and password. Guests scan the QR code at check-in or type the code — and are instantly in all modules activated by the hotel.
What's In A Code
One code. Complete identity.
The code contains everything Valooro needs — no registration, no password, no app download.
Guest identity
Name, language, check-in and check-out date — everything the hotel enters once when generating the code.
Module access
The hotel determines which modules are active: Memory Book, City Guide, Discover, Concierge, Insights, Quest.
Time window
Each module has its own availability window — configurable per hotel. Memory Book starts at check-in, Insights ends before check-out.
Billing trigger
Billing only occurs when the guest actively shares their Memory Book. Unredeemed codes are never charged.
Code Lifecycle
From generation to sharing.
Step 1
Hotel generates code
At check-in the receptionist creates a code — or the hotel management system creates it automatically. The guest receives a QR card.
Step 2
Guest redeems code
The guest scans the QR code or types the short code. All activated modules are immediately available — no download, no registration.
Step 3
Modules used, memory shared
The guest uses City Guide during the stay, chats with the Concierge, creates a Memory Book — and shares at checkout. Billing triggered.
Module Time Windows
Every module has its moment.
The hotel configures when each module becomes available. Sensible defaults are pre-set — adjustable at any time.

Code Format
Short. Memorable. Unambiguous.
Every code follows the same pattern — three letters for the hotel, two letters for the type, four characters unique ID. Easy to type, impossible to confuse.
Example code
STH–HO–T3R8
Hotel ID
STH
Code type
HO
Unique ID
T3R8
One code for the entire stay.
In a 30-minute demo we show how codes are created, activated and used by guests — live.
